After obtaining 10 years of real estate experience, In 2020, she founded Off-White Palette, a home furnishings retailer. Starting off as an online retailer, capturing global interest, the brand built upon its success, the taking a significant stride in 2022 by inaugurating its first Storefront Gallery. Off-White Palette is known for its understated color schemes, cohesive collections, and simplistic designs, remaining dedicated to cultivating clarity in home design.

Nioby is an admirer of all things design with a special interest in transitional spaces, she hopes to serve Christ in all that she does.
