FRUIT PIZZA

As soon as summer comes around Fruit Pizzas are a must! Mike and I literally could eat the entire thing in one sitting–just one more slice until it's all gone! haha I always find myself justifying this as a healthy alternative lol even though it's not. The recipe I use is the Pillsbury recipe using their sugar cookie mix you can find the recipe here or read below. 

INGREDIENTS:

  1. SUGAR COOKIE MIX
  2. PACKAGE OF CREAM CHEESE 
  3. 1/3 CUP OF SUGAR
  4. STRAWBERRIES
  5. BLUEBERRIES
  6. KIWI

I USED FRESH FRUIT, PEELED THE KIWIS AND DICED UP THE FRUIT IN SMALLER PIECES. *I didn't use apple jelly nor vanilla.*

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. USING A COOKIE SHEET, ROLL COOKIE MIX ONTO SHEET. BAKE AS INSTRUCTED ON PACKAGE. 
  2. WHILE COOKIE SHEET IS BAKING MIX (ROOM TEMPERATURE) CREAM CHEESE AND SUGAR UNTIL FLUFFY. 
  3. ONCE COOKIE SHEET IS BAKED SET TO COOL. ONCE COOLED SPREAD CREME CHEESE MIXTURE OVER COOKIE SHEET. 
  4. SPRINKLE FRUIT OR ARRANGE FRUIT IN A CREATIVE WAY. SEE HERE
